Delta Phi Omega Sorority, Incorporated was established at the University of Central Florida by FOUR dedicated, ambitious young women. They wanted more from their college experience and to be more active and engaged both on campus and within the local Orlando community.

Psi Chapter's Story

Delta Phi Omega Sorority, Inc., was officially recognized by the Diversified Greek Council at UCF on November 22, 2011 to establish at the University of Central Florida.

In the Summer of 2012, united by the pillars of Sisterhood, Respect, Loyalty, Honesty and Friendship, these four women made their dream into a reality and established Delta Phi Omega Sorority, Inc., at the University of Central Florida. These four young women: Parminder Kaur, Nisha Mehta, Kristina Singh and Dalini Dhaniram brought Delta Phi Omega and the philanthropy and values associated with it to the Orlando and University of Central Florida community.

On July 22, 2017, the UCF charter received chapter status at the annual National Conference and will forever be known as the PREVAILING PSI CHAPTER of Delta Phi Omega Sorority, Incorporated.

The Prevailing Psi Chapter of Delta Phi Omega Sorority, Inc., has been active on campus since September 7, 2012.

Psi Chapter today continues to uphold our Founding Mothers' dream with compassion, dignity and fortitude by being active role models in our community. Our sisters strive to make the most out of their undergraduate years and to leave a legacy at the university.

We aim to establish a safe and supportive environment for our sisters to feel at home at UCF. Our chapter is made up of many strong, ambitious sisters that come from various backgrounds and cultures that make Psi Chapter who we are today.
